• If cancellation occurs within 7 days, we offer a credit toward a future course.

• No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

4. Continuing Education Credits and Certificates

• Certificates are provided for those who attend the full session and meet participation requirements.

• It is your responsibility to ensure the CE credit is accepted by your regulatory body or association.

5. Course Materials and Copyright

• All course materials (handouts, recordings, slides) are the intellectual property of Anna Louise Tolan.

• Materials are for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without written permission.

6. Technology Requirements (for Live Stream Events)

​

• Participants are responsible for having the necessary internet connection and compatible device to attend live online courses.

• Tech support is limited to platform-specific guidance (Zoom, Wix, etc.).

7. Code of Conduct

​

We value a respectful and professional learning environment. We reserve the right to remove participants from events for disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
